Hello world!
It's a blazing hot sunny (and humid) day here in Miami, whoooo! That is a wiping-my-sweaty-forehead type whoooo, not the excited kind. Luckily our A/C is working again, it randomly stopped last night and we slept with windows open and fans racing. I woke up feeling like someone slathered my face in oil, or like someone was melting it off altogether, ugh. We are some spoiled humans I tell ya, live without A/C in Miami for just a few hours and you deserve an award. Anyway, I would love to do some gardening, but between the sun, heat, humidity, and killer mosquitos - forget it. I am going to my boyfriend's house to make mini Key Lime Pies! In the words of Rachel Ray: YUM-O! Nothing says refreshing like Key Lime Pie coming out of the freezer after a couple of hours.... Mmmmm!
Okay, so today I want to share the whimsical artwork of Susana Parada! I came across the above print and instantly fell in love with the colors, the artwork, and the message. Susana creates oodles of original hand illustrated art prints with vibrant colors and inspiring words aimed at provoking smiles and brightening ones day. One of my favorite prints, apart from the "Dream a Pretty Dream" one, is this Astrological Zodiac print. Each illustration is so detailed and A-DORABLE! Susana also makes individual ones for each sign, like the spectacular ram for my sign....

Oh how inspirational...the bloom quote is what I repeat quite often... Love the last one too....love all of them....especially the astrological signs...:)

ReplyDeleteHey, great paintings! Loved one of them a lot, "The disappointments..." one. And I want to get it printed on a t-shirt(no business idea, only for self- personal use), or at least put up a poster in my room. Will that cause copyright infringement, do I need to buy the print for that?
