I love chocolate chip cookies, and I love cookie dough to the point of having risked sickness many times while brazenly licking spoons full of raw deliciousness. I have made ice-cream cookie sandwiches many times in the past, and there is nothing like biting into a warm cookie with a cold vanilla ice-cream center, perhaps this could be equally naughty! It's on the to old to-do list... ;)

ReplyDeleteI love cookie dough to the point of eating it straight from the container like ice cream but for some reason this seems like TOO much! I'm more of a fan of the ice cream between the cookies. But maybe I will have to try this just to see! :)
